This system is a <strong>filtration system<\/strong>. <strong>Filter press plates <\/strong>are used in filtration processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eksenaritma.com.tr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Filter press plates<\/a><\/strong> used for filtration processes reveal the filtration unit where solid-liquid separation is made. Thanks to the filter press system, it is aimed to separate the wastes such as sand and sludge, which are formed in the wastewater treatment systems, from the facilities. The filter press system is also known as a sludge treatment mechanism or a dewatering machine. Filter presses offer a wide range of uses. Filter presses used in fabrication are also used in the field of environmental engineering.<\/p>\n<p>Filter press plates preferred for filtration processes form the filtration part where solid-liquid separation takes place. Filter press plates complete the solid-liquid separation process both quickly and smoothly, even at high pressures and flow rates.<\/p>\n<p>Filter press plates have undergone many changes. With these changes, it has taken its present form. Filter press plates were known as a system used in the form of full-empty plates in the 1800s. After these plates, which are widely used in sludge dewatering areas, chamber type filter plates were developed by German engineers in the 1900s.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Types of Filter Press Plate<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Filter press plates are collected in three main groups according to their properties. These are full-empty type plates, chamber type plate and chamber+membrane plates.<\/p>\n<p>Full-empty plates are generally used in industrial supplies, filtering oils such as olive oil and sunflower oil, food and petro-chemical sectors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chamber type plates<\/strong> are preferred in filter press units of facilities such as wastewater and drinking water treatment plants, marble, mineral treatment systems, zinc phosphate coating baths.<\/p>\n<p>These types of plates are very important for the filter cloth filtration process. Therefore, the selection of cloth according to the sector should be done correctly. In order to prolong the life of the filter cloths, they should be washed with pressurized water at regular intervals.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Usage Areas of Filter Press Plates<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Filter press plates are used as sludge dewatering equipment in wastewater treatment plants. In addition, it is an equipment preferred for solid-liquid separation in many industrial processes. It can be safely preferred in metal, coating baths, regia filtration, chemical processes, liquid fertilizer production, dye baths, pharmaceutical industry, mining operations.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Usage of Filter Press Plate<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Filter press plates<\/strong> perform the filtration process by separating the solid-liquid mixture by means of cloths. It works with the logic of throwing the liquid substance out of the system. If necessary, minor changes can be made to the filter press plates.
