The water content in the sludge can be reduced to a consistency where the sludge still remains fluid and pumpable. Mechanical belt concentrators are preferred over conventional gravitational thickening tanks. It can be provided in integration with belt press units according to the business needs.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Mechanical Drum Densifier<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>The sludge thickening process is used to reduce the capacity of the sludge dewatering systems following the system. The water content in the sludge can be reduced to a consistency where the sludge still remains fluid and pumpable. Mechanical drum concentrators can also replace conventional gravitational thickening tanks.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Automatic Poly Unit<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>In chemical dosing systems, which are used at different points such as wastewater treatment or sludge dewatering systems, pre-preparation of the chemical to be dosed is of great importance.<\/p>\n<p>Automatic chemical preparation units are preferred in order to ensure the continuity of the system. The automatic poly unit is compact units in which the preparation and dosing steps of the chemical to be used are combined. There are powder polyelectrolyte feeding point, solution preparation and dosing steps in the unit.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>BeltPress<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>It is the most cost-effective sludge dewatering system for use in high sludge, medium or large sized plants. Solid-liquid separation of the sludge compressed between the rotating drums and the mud bands can be made in the Belt Press system, which operates continuously.<\/p>\n<p>The dewatering efficiency of the sludge compressed at low and high pressure with drums of different diameters is quite high. After the sludge cake, whose water is filtered by applying different pressures on the sludge bands, is removed from the system, the sludge bands should be washed with automatic self-cleaning nozzles in order to increase the filtration efficiency. Filtration and backwash waters are conveyed to the wastewater treatment plant by a discharge line. The sludge cake formed can be removed from the system by transferring it to containers or conveyor belts according to customer demand.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Filter Press<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eksenaritma.com.tr\/en\/chamber-plates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Filter Press<\/strong><\/a> is an equipment used for the dewatering of biological or chemical sludge. The dewatering process is carried out by the solid-liquid separation of the sludge by applying pressure filtration with the help of filter press plates and cloths.<\/p>\n<p>Filter press selection can be determined according to the amount of sludge to be formed in the system and operating conditions. Each filter plate has different sizes and capacities. It is important to choose the most suitable Filter Press for the operating needs and conditions in order for the sludge dewatering efficiency to be at the desired values.<\/p>\n<p>System is formed by arranging more than one plate of the same dimensions in order and dressing each plate with filter cloth. Filter cloths allow the water in the sludge to be filtered and removed from the sludge. The filtered water can be conveyed to the wastewater treatment plant with a discharge line. The remaining sludge cake is collected on the cloth and removed from the system.
